Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No issue! You can return the item within 30 days for a full refund if the bag is unused, all tags are still attached, as well as the original receipt and packaging.

Please note Glambini Gift Cards are non refundable. 

Late or missing refunds

There is often some processing time before a refund may appear on your bank statement, so please allow up to ten calendar days. If you haven’t received a refund after that period, please advise us at contact@glambini.co.  

Shipping

Please note that you will need to cover the shipping costs for your return parcel. Glambini will not be held liable for any items you return to us that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note, if you decide to return your item, the original shipping costs are not recoverable. We recommend you use a tracked postal service to return your order.
